We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses who possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles, practices, and evidence-based care. They will be able to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations while maintaining a commitment to excellence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients based on their unique needs and conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care delivery.
• Utilize advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
• Current NYS RN licensure and ACLS/BLS certification
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Strong foundation in nursing principles, practices, and evidence-based care
