Key Responsibilities- Implement evidence-based ABA interventions to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Work collaboratively with educational teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on ABA principles and techniques.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
- A competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
