Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior project engineer, taking ownership of project-related tasks and serving as the primary client liaison.
- Oversee project management for multiple assignments, particularly those characterized by high complexity and risk.
- Ensure the successful completion of projects, focusing on adherence to schedule, budget, and profitability.
- Formulate pricing, scoping, and marketing strategies for upcoming projects.
- Develop viable engineering design alternatives to fulfill project specifications.
- Utilize advanced software to produce detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for land development and site plans, covering aspects such as building footprints, travel ways, parking, grading, utility design, drainage systems, and erosion control.
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of design computations and technical documentation.
- Review and provide feedback on production plans for necessary revisions.
- Manage work-in-progress, ensuring accurate client billing and monitoring accounts receivable.
- Lead project teams, offering training, technical guidance, and mentorship.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, pursuing repeat business with existing clients.
- Uphold design standards and procedures in all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and technicians on project initiatives.
- Participate in both internal and external project meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Engage in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, along with ten years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or Texas.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, and technical regulations. Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.

Mathematical Skills
- Proficient in mathematical concepts including probability, statistics, and geometry. Capable of applying these concepts to practical scenarios.
