Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Assess resident needs and develop care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
