Job Summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical crews in the planning, organization, and execution of electrical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of electrical projects.
  2. Crew Management: Lead and manage electrical crews, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that electrical work meets or exceeds industry standards and company quality expectations.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company policies, and that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  2. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  3. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
  1. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 100 pounds).
  2. Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent climbing and balancing.
  3. Visual and Auditory Demands: Ability to see and hear in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to loud noises and bright lights.
