Job Title: QA Inspector

Ventura Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled QA Inspector to join our team in Neptune, NJ. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of medical devices and combination products by conducting inspections, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Document inspection results and prepare documentation for approval.
  • Review and approve documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Apply status labeling on products and components as required.
  • Recognize and report deviations, equipment concerns, or potential problems immediately.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams on quality improvement projects or corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior documentation experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. The ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
  • Basic Math.
  • Quick learner, customer focused, accountable, and operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to make logical decisions, often quickly.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to be on his/her feet most of the day.
  • Ability to identify all colors visually and the ability to visually discern product specifications on multiple products.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds or more as needed.
  • Use of standard office equipment, including computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
  • Able to react quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility as overtime may be required.
Working Conditions:
  • Manufacturing work environment noise level is loud. Hearing protection is provided.
  • Frequently near manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Use of latex free gloves, surgical masks, and standard clean room attire where required.
  • Working environment is dynamic and fast paced.
