About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at Manpower Augusta. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment within 10 weeks on Manpower payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
  • Lay out and assemble equipment using hand tools and power tools.
  • Adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment or 1 year in Wood Products.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
