Senior Clinical Counselor Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading clinical teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing innovative treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Mentoring junior staff members to ensure seamless knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Advanced licensure (e.g., LPC-S, LMFT-S)
  • Substantial experience in geriatric mental health services

Compensation:

  • An annual salary of $110,000
