Job Description

This position is an ambassador for our restaurant, welcoming guests and setting the standards of service for their hospitality experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests with pleasantness and directing them to seating locations
  • Providing accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
  • Maintaining knowledge of hours of operation, menu items, and upcoming events
  • Answering phones and scheduling reservations
Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of menu items and provide great hospitality to our guests. You must also have excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure, as well as a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who can work within a fast-paced environment and lead others when needed. Experience in upscale, high-volume, full-service hospitality is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of a second language is also a plus.
