Job Title: Security Officer - Cleared

At Allied Universal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer - Cleared to join our team. As a Security Officer - Cleared, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols within and around the facility to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive information.
  • Greet guests and employees, and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms, and act as a first responder in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site.
    • Prior military experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
