About the JobThis role involves working with school-aged children in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities, supervising and leading children through various programs, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
You will also be responsible for processing enrollments, collecting payments, communicating with parents, and maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for participants.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience working with school-aged children preferred;
- CPR, First Aid, and Standard Precautions certifications required or ability to obtain within six months of employment;
- A valid driver's license and insurability by our carrier required;
- Able to pass a background check and maintain certification requirements;

As a Youth Program Coordinator, you can expect to earn approximately $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
