Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurses Inc. for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a competitive salary. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stenting
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and draping
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of biohazardous waste
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Current licensure and certification in radiology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
