We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director who will provide strategic direction and focus for DAHLIN's technology needs. As a key member of our team, you will manage IT operations to maximize service and reliability, partner with internal stakeholders to align technology with business goals, and oversee the IT staff.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description

This hybrid position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Pleasanton, CA office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a passion for driving digital transformation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and focus for DAHLIN's technology needs
  • Managing IT operations to maximize service and reliability
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to align technology with business goals
  • Overseeing the IT staff, including recruitment, supervision, and career development
  • Ensuring the provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support

The successful candidate will be able to lead and motivate others, foster a culture of learning and professional development, and maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. A minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including project and staff management, is required. Strong technology experience, particularly in the AEC industry, is preferred. Additionally, consulting firm experience or demonstrated customer/stakeholder relationship management is a plus.
