Job Overview:

Prompt Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing home-based ABA services to children with disabilities.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position working with a caseload of 6-8 clients in an in-home setting
  • As a BCBA, you will oversee and manage Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising implementation
  • You will also provide parent coaching, work collaboratively with families to achieve milestones, and utilize evidence-based methodologies such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of caseload including client assessments, treatment planning, and supervision
  • Training and management of RBT staff
  • Parent coaching and family collaboration to achieve goals
  • Implementation of evidence-based practices

Qualifications:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
  • New BCBAs are encouraged to apply
