Job Description

**Job Title:** Store Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Bruceton Ag Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee the entire store operations, including program execution, product implementation, and inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service to customers, understanding their needs and tailoring service to meet those needs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of retail staff, delegating work to achieve team goals and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and receive inventory, unload and stock inventory items as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain all equipment necessary to run the store, including a dolly, hand-truck, fork lift, computer, and cash register.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform duties at multiple workstations as needed to ensure efficiency in store operations, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Adaptability: Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates, and be flexible with hours, including long hours, days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in retail management experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient user of computer software systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility with hours, including long hours, days, nights, and weekends.
