About the Role:

This is a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity to join our team in a Youth Community Crisis Stabilization Program. The successful candidate will provide direct service and daily nursing interventions to individuals ages 13-18 who have behavioral health symptoms.

The Per Diem LPN will provide nursing and medication administration services, as well as promote health education and access to medical care. They will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support individual treatment goals using psychoeducation, crisis prevention planning, and skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts
  • Three to five years of supervised practical nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with persons with psychiatric conditions
