We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized behavior support services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support clients in their homes and community settings.
  • Collect and record data as defined within the plan, utilizing our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement new skills and strategies.
  • Embody the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of Achieving True Self, promoting a supportive and inclusive organizational culture.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience working with children or individuals with disabilities a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and after-school sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in technology, including electronic documentation and administrative responsibilities.
