Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Support Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our aviation operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing ground support equipment used in aviation operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on ground support equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and fuel trucks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.

Requirements:
- Must have own set of tools
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
