Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Completion of a Certified Nursing Aide training program is highly desirable. Certification must be up-to-date and valid.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Prior experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

SKILL SET: Strong verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and for comprehending instructions from nursing personnel; manual dexterity is essential for skillfully assisting patients. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
