Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and shelf tag moldings
  • Stock merchandise from tag to tag, ensuring that only saleable products are displayed
  • Understand and use company tools, such as ACIS and CAO, to manage inventory and ordering
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions
Working Conditions

This role requires standing 100% of the time, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds continuously. You will also be required to use computers and other communication systems to perform job functions.
