Position: Location Manager
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a qualified Location Manager with a strong background in agricultural retail. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for agronomy. This role presents a significant opportunity for professional advancement, as we aim to develop the new hire for a future General Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients.
- Market and sell agronomy products, including seeds, fertilizers, and agricultural chemicals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations at the site, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Maintain precise records of sales, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing necessary training and support.
