Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in the East Hartford, CT area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a strong passion for working in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide speech therapy services for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students' progress
- Active or pending state SLP license
- ASHA certification a plus
- Previous school experience preferred but not required
