Position Overview

M5W Transport is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Class A CDL Truck Driver. This opportunity is tailored specifically for recent graduates holding a valid CDL Class A license.

Compensation
  • Weekly Salary: Ranges from $650 during training to $1075 - $1290 when fully operational.
  • Mileage: Expect to drive between 2500 to 3000 miles per week at a competitive rate of $0.43 per mile.
Job Details
  • This position is exclusively for recent graduates with a CDL Class A license.
  • Enjoy guaranteed OTR routes, typically involving two weeks on the road followed by 2 to 3 days at home.
  • Drivers can anticipate over 2500 miles per week, with the potential for contract opportunities.
  • New drivers will be paired with a Trainer/Mentor for 200 to 300 hours, approximately 3 to 4 weeks of behind-the-wheel training.
  • If you already possess 50 to 100 hours of behind-the-wheel experience, you may only need 1 to 2 weeks with a Trainer/Mentor.
  • All freight is 100% no-touch, with a 90% drop and hook rate.
  • We operate a fleet of late-model trucks, ranging from 2021 to 2023.
