Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at ProKatchers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly within the medical device sector.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory; other degrees will not be considered.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Please note that internships, co-op positions, and academic projects are not applicable.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO13485 standards is essential.
- Engineering Principles: A solid understanding of general engineering principles is necessary.
- Medical Device Expertise: Experience in medical device regulation is crucial; other regulatory backgrounds will not be accepted.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required, along with a high degree of patience.
- Manufacturing Processes: Extensive knowledge of the design and manufacturing processes for medical devices, especially handheld devices, is vital.
