Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Piney Green team, where you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
SalaryThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $87,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized plans of care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote maximum benefit of care and achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to improve functional abilities and reduce pain and discomfort.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical practices.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and hold a current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
