Dishroom Attendant

As a Dishroom Attendant at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored, and organizing the dish room. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning food preparation and production areas, as well as hauling kitchen trash. This is a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean and safe kitchen area
• Load, run, and unload dish machine
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are put away
• Organize the dish room
