The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate employee and employer records for the administration of Plan benefits.

This includes but is not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Eligibility, Self-Payments, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance Benefits, HIPAA, COBRA, QMCSO, and Domestic Partners.


Responsibilities
  • Assist participants, unions, employers, and providers with inquiries by telephone, fax, e-mail or mail.
  • Balance contributions received, process return checks, perform daily cut-off.
  • All ERF functions and perform end day process.
  • Create employer correspondence regarding no reports, discrepancies, cash reports, employer statements, and delinquencies.
  • Perform back-up functions for Levels 1-4.
  • Provide front desk support.

This role requires normal concentration easily learned simple movements. The ability to learn company software, including Contribution Accounting System, Encounter Tracking, Electronic Reference, MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel, is essential.


Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing scores of 35 WPM and 10-key scores of 600 ksph.

A typical office environment with comfortable temperatures and absence of objectionable elements is expected. Lifting a maximum of 25 lbs may be required.
