About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Physical Therapist to join our team in South Chicagoland, covering various locations as a float position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients.

Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement individualized treatment programs using various techniques and modalities
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and communicate with patients and colleagues
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance professional growth and skills
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation according to departmental policies and standards
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Certification/Registration/License: Physical Therapy License in Illinois or Wisconsin, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Work Experience: No experience required
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
