Professional Truck Driver

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team.

This position involves delivering various food products to customer sites while ensuring timely and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL Class A license and be able to perform manual heavy lifting while making multiple stops throughout the day.

The estimated salary for this role is between $29.41 and $32.68 per hour, depending on relevant experience and education.

1. Deliver customers' orders to meet scheduled delivery times and maintain productivity.
2. Unload products with a hand truck and place items in the customer storage area.
3. Able to perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
4. Make frequent stops during a work shift.
5. Deliver product in inclement weather conditions.
6. Verify delivery of items with customers.
7. Collect money (cash or checks) where needed.

1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
3. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
4. No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
5. Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required.
6. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
