About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNO Developer III to join our team at ManTech, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the nation's most critical missions. As a CNO Developer III, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge CNO capabilities that support our nation's security and defense.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks, and communicate status with leadership and customers.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with other CNO Developers and take direction from more senior personnel, ensuring software standards are applied consistently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • Experience: Five or more (5+) years of related experience, with proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming, and low-level internals in one or more technology areas.
  • Skills: Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming, as well as experience with CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNO Capability Development Experience: Experience in developing CNO capabilities, including software analysis and reverse engineering.
  • Industry Certifications: Relevant industry standard certifications, such as Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP) or C++ Certified Professional Programmer Certification (CPP).
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary Position: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
