Tact Staff is currently seeking a skilled travel nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Services sector. This role involves providing high-quality care in dynamic environments, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the relevant nursing board.
- Implement the nursing process effectively to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in medical records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance overall patient care.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in an acute care hospital setting (within the last 2 years) is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services is required.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, and TNCC are preferred, with the understanding that they must be obtained if not currently active.
- An active state nursing license is necessary, with consideration for candidates willing to apply for licensure if offered a position.
