About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail 7am Truck Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends and styles
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
