Teaching Opportunities at College of DuPage

Fiber Arts instructors play a vital role in our community by teaching non-credit courses for personal growth and development. These short, focused classes cater to adults seeking enrichment experiences in Fiber Arts topics. Instructors can expect to teach once a week for 3 hours on weekdays or Saturdays for 1-4 weeks, with no academic credit awarded.

To be successful in this position, applicants should have a minimum of two years' experience teaching adults. Additionally, they must be able to teach in-person at our Glen Ellyn campus and possess the ability to teach remotely using technology. Experience in online or virtual teaching is preferred. Applicants will also need access to their own technology and a home computer that meets the requirements for online instruction.

This is a paid opportunity, with stipends provided for course assignments. A pre-employment background check will be conducted at the College's expense.
