Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will perform land surveys in the field, including topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and construction staking. You will also travel to job sites at different stages of completion and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform land surveys in the field, including topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and construction staking.
- Travel to job sites at different stages of completion and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with a licensed surveyor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Microstation preferred.
- Some construction staking experience is helpful.
- Availability to travel is preferred.
