A strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and specialized knowledge in generative AI and large language models is essential.

You should be adept at rapidly prototyping and refining your ideas to construct robust machine learning models utilizing technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS SageMaker, and SparkML.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
3+ years of experience in building machine learning models for business applications
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl
Experience with neural deep learning techniques and machine learning methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, numpy, scipy, etc.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
Knowledge of the latest LLMs, prompt tuning, instruction tuning, and/or reinforcement learning from human feedback.

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various geographic regions.

The base pay for this position ranges from $150,400/year in our lowest geographic market to $260,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Compensation is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
