Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians who can operate independently and professionally. High earners within our company are organized, stay current with industry advancements, and demonstrate efficiency in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances, including washers, dryers, gas/electric ranges, microwave ovens, dishwashers, wall ovens, trash compactors, and refrigerators (excluding sealed systems).
  • Continuously learn and apply the latest technological advancements in connected home appliances.
  • Complete all required technician competency model training and actively pursue ongoing education to remain a knowledgeable expert in the repair field.
  • Drive safely and responsibly to and from customer locations.
  • Utilize handheld devices to efficiently update work orders in a paperless system.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license verification.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (bilingual proficiency is highly valued).
  • Physically capable of lifting or maneuvering up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior experience in appliance repair, electrical work, or related fields.
