Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LVN Lead to join our team at Loma Linda University Health Care. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back office and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain a smooth operation within the back office
  • Interface with staff and clinicians to assure clinical efficiency and maximum productivity
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduation from a school for Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) required
  • Minimum two years experience as a LVN required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nursing principles, practices, and ethics within the LVN scope of practice
  • Read; write legibly; speak in English (and Spanish preferred) with professional quality
  • Use computer and software programs necessary to the position
  • Relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others

Please note that only active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License and Intravenous (IV) Certification are required for this position. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is also required.
