We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a travel position in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role requires a dedicated professional who is licensed in Texas or has the necessary authorization to practice in the state.
Certification Requirements- Texas RN license or Authorization to Practice in Texas
- ACLS certification required for 4 North, Stroke and Trauma, ICU, and ER
- BLS certification needed for MedSurg/Ortho and 4 South postings
- Position: RN in a busy ICU setting
- Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM
- Must be proficient with drips and ventilators
- Minimum of 2 years of previous ICU experience required
- Floating to Step Down Units is mandatory
- No on-call duties
- Time-off requests must be included with profile submission
This role is situated in a high-traffic Intensive Care Unit that provides critical care services. The nurse will be expected to float within their skill set as needed.
Additional Information- All travelers may be required to float within their skill set as necessary.
- ACLS is essential for specific units, while BLS is sufficient for others.
