About the RoleThis is a 12-week assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The shift will be 12 hours, nights. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and efficient patient flow.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures, technologies, and best practices in labor and delivery nursing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in labor and delivery nursing, preferably as a travel nurse
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- A competitive estimated salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and location
