Body Shop Technician

Job Summary:
Sterling Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and Restoration: Perform structural or replacement repairs to assigned vehicles, adhering to industry standards and factory specifications.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our Body Shop Manager and Estimators to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new technology and complete mandatory certifications and training provided by the dealership.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all dealership and industry-standard safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Two or more years of experience as a Body Shop Technician.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work well with others, and a high level of motivation.
- Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
