Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Coordinate medications and perform treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
- Provide data relevant to the development of the resident care plan
- Assess care plans, resident goals, and revise or modify care plans as needed
- Provide reports and documentation related to incidents, changes in status, and cares provided
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- BLS certification required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers
