Job Summary:

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide high-quality meat products to members.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, and collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

Compensation:

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, and additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
