Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional capabilities and restrictions to create tailored treatment strategies.
• Formulate personalized therapy objectives and interventions that address the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of patients.
• Deliver direct therapy aimed at enhancing fundamental motor skills, mobility, and self-care functions.
• Instruct patients in the use of adaptive tools and assistive technologies to promote independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, ensuring accurate records and effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in occupational therapy to enhance patient care practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with a diverse range of patients, including children, adults, and seniors.
• Understanding of contemporary best practices and evidence-based methods in occupational therapy.
