Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Trainee. This is a one-year temporary position designed to provide training and learning opportunities in the fundamentals of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record information needed to adjust the treatment process
  • Perform manual labor associated with plant operations
  • Perform maintenance relating to the wastewater treatment plant and equipment
  • Assist with the maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment and basins
  • Maintain treatment plant operational data from a record-keeping perspective
  • Learn the operation and maintenance of various equipment and systems
  • Assist with the cleaning of the treatment plant and related areas
Requirements
  • Graduation from High School or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
