As the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in making data-driven decisions to drive the growth and market presence of our innovative solutions tailored for the restaurant industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue, increase market share, and enhance the overall brand positioning.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and revenue growth plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Lead a high-performance business development team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of discipline, curiosity and excellence.
  • Establish and nurture key relationships with restaurant industry stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Marketing Strategy:
  • Design and lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Leverage market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Product Positioning:
  • Work closely with the product team to understand our technology offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand our market reach.
• Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish and embed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development and marketing teams and regularly report on performance against targets.
