Job Description

Position Summary

The SDET Automation consultant will be responsible for creating automation for the Salesforce service cloud website that replaces the current order/referral creation system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create automation for the Salesforce service cloud website using Selenium WebDriver and C# programming language.

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and reliable testing processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies for implementation.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise during test automation and implement solutions to resolve them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Good understanding of programming concepts, including variables, loops, functions, and data types.

  • Hands-on experience in writing code, preferably in C# or other object-oriented languages.

  • Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and its architecture, as well as hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

  • Understanding of software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.

  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
