Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a friendly, energetic, and timely manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
• Stock and manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and portion control.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Lock up and secure the bar area at the end of each shift.
• Sanitize and clean the bar area, adhering to safety and health standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the state.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Computational skills to process guest payments.
• Ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
• High energy and interpersonal skills.
