Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Unical Aviation, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating activities and compliance with regulatory entities such as FAA, EASA, and Military Agencies.

This role involves managing the internal quality system, including monitoring systems for FARs, Ads, OEMs' CMM, Service Bulletins (SB's), and Service Letters (SL's). The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records of all work performed by the repair station and coordinating internal and external audits.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with CHDO on activities requiring acceptance of the administrator.
  • Review and update the RSQCM to ensure compliance with FAA requirements.
  • Maintain records of all work performed by the repair station.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
