Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Scientist to join our team in Aventura, Florida.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our laboratory setting. As a Clinical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate diagnoses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
  • Provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduation from a NAACLS accredited program
  • Licensed as Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems
  • Critical thinking skills and effective communication skills
