Your Role:

As a Lead Aerobics Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes focused on aerobics and arthritis management.

Your Contributions:

+ Maintain the aerobics class schedule to accommodate member needs.

+ Curate music selections and coordinate routines prior to each session.

+ Participate in the ongoing education program "Instructor Maintenance."

+ Stay current with CPR and first aid certifications.

+ Adhere to AFAA's Basic Exercise Standards and Guidelines.

Qualifications for Success:

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ At least seven years of experience in the fitness industry.

+ Certification from a nationally recognized organization for advanced instruction.

+ CPR certification is mandatory.

+ Experience in yoga is highly preferred.
